eToro vs XTB Fees

eToro and XTB fees are similar and mainly built into a spread basis. In case of eToro, there are no commission based accounts. XTB offers very low spreads on commodities and stocks. Yet, it charges a EUR 6.6 commission on Stocks.

There are additional fees charged by eToro. It charges a few non-trading fees, while XBT does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fee, yet there is a major drawback as XTB processes client withdrawals via bank transfers only.

Both deposit and withdrawal processes on eToro and XTB are simple enough, supporting various funding methods. However, eToro charges a flat fee of $5 for every withdrawal. XTB, on the other hand, does not allow you to withdraw your funds using other payment methods except for bank wire transfers.

eToro uses its own trading platform and does not offer other alternatives. The platform looks modern and is easy to use. XTB offers MetaTrader4 , which is a popular platform and suggests many advantages.

Conclusion on eToro vs XTB

Comparing eToro to XTB side by side we found both brokers reliable and with good standing. The proposals are different with eToro focusing on Social Trading, whereas XTB carries several licenses and the spreads on currency pairs are quite low; the broker also allows scalping.

eToro trading costs are based on spread with no commission with a competitive trading environment. However, XTB charges a EUR 6.6 commission on Stocks and ETF trades with opening and closing transactions being treated as separate trades, which could be an expensive trading fee if you are trading small contract sizes.

Our trading experience on eToro platform was smooth. eToro is good for beginners and experienced/popular traders. It has some attractive features like social trading and is Best for the number of Top Traders.
